Phi 4:13 KJV I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
What a mentality! What a bold and glorious confession made by one the great Apostles.
Paul did not say “he can do all things by own strength or because of his own intelligence”, no. He boldly acknowledged the source of his strength, which is “God working through him”. Beloved, it’s all about Christ and who He is, His ministry and workings in and through us, and not about us.
The more conscious we are of this, the more we affirm it, then the more we programme ourselves with the abilities and strength of Christ. As we do this, we will begin discovering the wonderful abilities and talents that will unleashed from within. We will begin doing things we thought we could never do, birth new dreams, create and champion new path of success for the kingdom, in our daily activities, in our community’s and even the world at large.
We are up to any task, therefore let us not continue dwelling on our inabilities by our confession and actions but know we are able to do all things through Christ who strengthens us. If Paul could do all things through Christ, then having received Christ, we should affirm the same. This should be the consciousness by which we live every day.
Because Abraham had the consciousness of God’s strength working in him, he still had the ability to impregnate another woman aside Sarah and Hagar, even at old age where the body is considered dead.
There is no impossibility with us and in our vocabulary because Christ the anointed One and His anointing dwell in us. Let us therefore rise up to our abilities in the Word of God in our spirit, and nothing shall be impossible to us.
