We may belittle the abilities, the power, the majesty, the excellency, and the glory that we carry as God’s Temple. But as we grow in the consciousness of the greater One in us, the power of the Godhead that has taken residence in us, the anointing within and upon us, we will begin to have faith not in ourselves, but in His gracious acts, and lay hands on seekers as we’re divinely equipped to do, and as and when the Spirit leads.
My heart’s desire and prayer to God is, ministers will begin to appreciate the importance of impartation and give this act its rightful place in the Church as the Spirit leads.
There are three major ways by which impartation happens to us. A divine impartation or transfer may come directly from God upon believers for them to fulfill a common goal. For instance, when the burden of leadership was becoming too heavy on Moses’ life, he cried out to God about this. God’s response was to get Moses to gather together 70 men of the elders of Israel (Numbers 11:16 – 17).
Every person in our life, organisations and church is a gift who brings to add to the body of Christ. We need all of these members and their gifts, and they need us. Christians know they need Jesus, but they may not realize they need other Christians. We are not made for ourselves, rather we were made to serve Christ by serving his His body, that is the Church. We are loved and filled with purpose. The Church needs us as much as we need the Church.
God revealed the grace intended for us to the Old Testament prophets, and they prophesied of it. What was revealed to them created curiosity that even angels desired to look into it. Know this, it was revealed to the Old Testament saints, but it was not meant for them. Thus they never experienced this grace in their time.
He battled the disease with the help of top doctors, but his daughter announced less than two weeks ago that no further medical treatments were available.
Ministry gifts are people with a divine call, empowered to fit into a particular work. They are gifts given by God Himself through His son. This divine call upon ones life is the anointing or power to to do. Ministry gift is not based on once natural abilities or talents, but on the Power of God.
