The word salvation means, redemption, deliverance from danger, safety, restoration and healing,or snatching from evil. The only thing that is left for the world which is sin full is judgment. And it’s only a sacrifice by death that could avert this damnation.
No matter the cause, resurrection power defeats COVID-19 in the lives of those who believe on the Lord Jesus and receive, by faith, redemption from the curse (which included the coronavirus from the beginning). Think of that. Jesus took the coronavirus on Himself 2,000 years ago—long before we ever knew it would exist. He knew it would. And He took it for us.
Regardless of the circumstances of your birth or who your parents are, God had a purpose in creating you.
The purpose of life is far greater and bigger than our personal fulfillment, happiness and even our peace of mind. It is day greater than our career, family and even our wildest visions and intention.
The letters of the Apostles to the various churches, they did not just raise issues of their conduct but gave them practical steps in dealing and overcoming the problems. This is what we ought to be doing, providing practical solutions to the world. We are not just called to light of this world because we are revealing the mistakes of the world, but to provide a solution.
The revealing truth is, Christ who was full of grace and truth and dwelt among men, now has taken residence in us by His Spirit. And out of His fullness, we have received gifts, favor, blessings, and grace for every phase of our lives–John 1:14-16.
This has been a blessing in a way, because it has forced denominations to reach out to a greater population than they use to. They are not just reaching out to their congregation in a building with limited boundary, but to the world without limitations. The species that are able to survive, are the ones that are adaptable to change.
Imagine a holy God using a person of Rahab’s reputation to fulfil His plan and purpose. This makes proof of the fact that God sees beyond our outward appearances and actions and can use even the lowly and outcast in the society to carry out His plans and purposes.
We need to understand that resurrection is more than just an event; it is embodied and personified in Christ. The resurrecting nature of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit makes it possible for us to experience elevated or resurrection life, a higher quality of life in every area of our lives.This is the revelation Abraham had about God.
Lack of self control has been the cause of many aborted dreams. Lack of discipline have ended many dreams, visions and ambitions mid way. Indiscipline have brought the dreams and ambitions many men, women, boys and girls into the grave.
